Mean while Erin Andrews lawsuit was $55 million, of which she’s likely to only receive $6 million after lawyer fees, taxes, and the fact that the person who filmed it is responsible for $27 million (he’s not going to pay that)

I hope not. That’s a ridiculous amount of money to pay out, when all gawker did was post the video to their website without his permission. The guy who filmed him and gave it (probabaly sold it) to gawker should be responsible for the lawsuit money
